Cancellation Policy 

Deposit Loss Cancellation Window

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled trip will receive a refund, minus a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Partial Refunds

Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund.

No Refunds for Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

Weather & Operator Cancellations

If we need to cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals

Trips depart on time. If a guest arrives late and misses the trip, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. That said, we’ll always do our best to help avoid this situation!
