A big part of this course takes place in our giant, 2 meter deep pool.
Even for experienced spearos, time spent doing target practice in a pool is invaluable.
You’ll be able to simulate diving down with a speargun, reloading it, and become familiar with what it feels like to shoot it.
That way, when you inevitably see that 100 kilo tuna swim right up to your face, you’ll be ready.
DURING THIS 2 DAY COURSE, YOU WILL LEARN:
- Breathing for spearfishing
- Speargun basics including how to load and fire the gun safely.
- Relevant safety skills including the buddy rescue.
- Fish identification specific to Indonesia
- Equalization for diving
